These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the QUBIVO website and to every purchase or download you make from it. QUBIVO is operated by AAKZEN Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About these Terms
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Licence Information. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy products. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and is responsible for its use.
- Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- One person may not hold multiple accounts to get around a restriction or limit.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including what is included, compatibility, format, version and licence. Screenshots and preview images show representative content; minor visual differences may occur. If a product is materially different from its description, our Refund Policy applies.
Some listings may be marked as a launch preview. These cannot be purchased until they are finalised.
4. Prices and orders
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Your order is an offer to buy a licence. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and the order is marked complete.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the related licence ends.
6. Delivery of digital products
Products are delivered digitally. When your order is complete, the files are available in My Account → Downloads. Download limits or expiry periods, where they apply, are shown there. See How Digital Downloads Work.
7. Licence to use products
Products are licensed, not sold. On full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product as described in its licence (Personal, Standard or Developer). The details are on our Licence Information page and in the LICENSE.txt file included with each product.
8. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the website and products only for lawful purposes and within the licence you purchased. You must not:
- resell, share, sub-license, upload or distribute product files or download links, unless the licence explicitly allows it;
- remove copyright notices or claim products as your own creation;
- use products or the website to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- use automated tools to scrape the website or download content in bulk; or
- post reviews or content that are false, misleading, offensive or that you are not entitled to share.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos and the products are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. QUBIVO and the QUBIVO logo are trademarks of AAKZEN Technologies. Third-party products remain the property of their creators and are offered under licence. Except for the licence you buy, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Reviews and feedback
If you post a review, it must reflect your genuine experience with the product. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these Terms. We do not publish fake reviews or pay for positive ones.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or end a licence, if we reasonably believe these Terms or a licence have been seriously broken — for example through redistribution of files, fraud or abuse of the website. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
13. Disclaimers
Products are tools and templates. Templates for business, legal, financial or tax documents are not professional advice; please get advice from a qualified professional where needed. AI-related resources may produce outputs that need checking. We aim to keep the website available and secure but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from use of the website or products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Third-party services and links
The website uses third-party services (such as hosting, payment and email providers) and may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the change is published.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to approach a Consumer Commission, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
18. Contact and grievance redressal
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
