Grievance Officer
If you have a complaint about a product, an order or how we handled a request, you can contact our Grievance Officer. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve them within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
