Every QUBIVO product comes with a licence. A licence is permission to use the files in certain ways. This page explains each licence in plain language. The licence that applies to a product is shown on its product page and included in the download as LICENSE.txt. If this page and a product’s own licence differ, the product’s licence applies.

Personal licence
For your own personal, study or non-commercial use by one person.
You may
- use the files for personal, study or non-commercial projects;
- print copies for your own use; and
- edit and customise the files for yourself.
You may not
- sell, share, upload or give away the files, original or edited;
- use the files in products or services you sell; or
- claim the design or content as your own work.
Standard licence
One person may use the files for personal and commercial work, including work for their own business or for clients.
You may
- use the files in your own business and in work you deliver to clients;
- edit, rebrand and customise the files for your projects; and
- print or share the finished output you create — for example a completed proposal you send to a client, or a social media post you publish.
You may not
- resell, share or redistribute the editable source files;
- include the files in templates, kits or marketplaces of your own; or
- share one licence between several people. Each user needs a licence.
Developer licence
One developer may use the code in unlimited end products for themselves or their clients.
You may
- use and modify the code in unlimited websites or applications for yourself or clients;
- deploy finished projects on any number of servers; and
- charge clients for the finished project you build.
You may not
- resell or redistribute the source code as a template, starter kit or script;
- publish the source code in public repositories; or
- share one licence within a team. Each developer needs a licence.
Free products
Free products are provided under the Personal licence unless their page says otherwise. You are welcome to share a link to the product page, but please do not share the files themselves.
Bundles
When you buy a bundle, every item in it is licensed under the licence shown on the bundle’s page, even if the same item is sold separately under a different licence.
Third-party products
Some products may be created by independent creators and offered on QUBIVO under an agreement that allows us to distribute them. Their product pages state the creator and the licence that applies. We only list third-party products that we are permitted to distribute.
Fonts, images and other components
Templates may refer to fonts or include components that have their own licence terms (for example fonts under the SIL Open Font License). Such terms are noted in the product’s README. Use only fonts and assets you are licensed to use.
Ownership
Buying a licence does not transfer ownership or copyright. All rights not expressly granted remain with the creator. QUBIVO and its logo are trademarks of AAKZEN Technologies.
If a licence ends
If a purchase is refunded or a licence is ended because its terms were broken, you must stop using the files and delete your copies. Finished work you created and delivered before a refund under the Standard or Developer licence is not affected unless the licence was ended because of a breach. See our Terms & Conditions.
